A brand like Dior has very restricted guidelines from HQ and the aim is to find an agency that understands the balance of global alignment and local adaption.
It is important to find an agency that understands this level of stakeholder management that makes sure it still feels convenient and as the project has been outsourced while maintaining brand trust and safety.
Solution
We created a three-day happening where we flew in 50 talents from the Nordic region. All top-tiers in the fashion industry.
They were hosted at a chosen hotel and we established a makeup styling lounge at the hotel.
The French embassy was rented for three days with a b2b and top-tier clients dinner day 1, a big influencer gathering day 2 and a magazine cover launch with Costume day 3.
